The President's Charity
Every year hails a new President at West Heaton. One tradition of the role is to choose a fund for charitable giving for their presidential year. Club members have raised thousands for great causes through specific competitions and other special events all held at the club.
President Pete Jordan presents his charity for 2024
My son, Tom was a sports-mad teenager. At 16 he contracted cancer for the first time. The cancer returned when he was 20 and he had his left leg and part of his pelvis amputated. He took up amputee football, rose through the ranks and became Captain of the England team. Sadly, he died six days short of his 30th birthday. My chosen charity for the year is The England Amputee Football Association.

The Tom Jordan Memorial Fund
Raising funds on behalf of England Amputee Football Association
Your donation will help provide amputees with the opportunity to play football locally, nationally and internationally, as Tom did. The EAFA present the TJ4 (Tom Jordan No.4) award annually to the person making the greatest contribution to the organisation. There are so many others who are following Tom’s path in the EAFA. Tom’s legacy helped to fund junior development for the amputees. Please give what you can.
